What is our Exchange Policy?

A request for a size exchange must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order by email at

Size exchange items must be in original condition with all tags in place, hygiene seal, and in original Lokahi bags with original sales receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged in any way. If the item is not up to our team's standard of being in 'brand new' condition, your request will be refused and sent back.
We do not offer style exchanges, only exchanges for different sizes!

*Please note, shipping fees associated with returning the suit (one way) back to our HQ are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer returns on any items. 

Sale Items

All discounted/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Lost Items

Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your size exchange swimwear being returned. We recommend you use a secure service to return goods and keep a record of the tracking number.
